Soup's On

Soup joins pasta as a heart-healthy staple for me. I have it for lunch almost every day. You can pack in tons of vegetables, fiber-rich grains, flavor, comfort, love, and joy into a soup pot with almost zero fat. Like sauces, the layers of flavor and long cooking times to bring out depth make soups one of the best things I eat.
