Nothing at all fun about this one. If you smoke, you are two to six times more likely to suffer a heart attack (not to mention dozens of other life-threatening illnesses and increasing the risk for heart attack and disease for all of those around you).

I’ve got no patience for this whatsoever. If you smoke, stop. Unlike weight loss (where even modest loss helps) or diet (where you can limit certain foods), there’s no amount of “cutting back” that will help you here. Just knock that s*%t off. Your life — and the lives of others — depends on it.
